Order Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day 
  • Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following working day 

Please note we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

      WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

      We ship daily from our New Zealand warehouse using both NZ International Post and Fedex.

      If you order by 11am on a weekday we will dispatch your order that same day.

      Upon order dispatch, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number details.Experience visibility every step of the way with order tracking from warehouse to delivery.

      CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

      No, we are an online store only and do not have pick ups. If your order is urgent please contact us via sales@loveyourlights.com.au and we will see what we can do so you can have your order asap!

      TRACKING YOUR ORDER

      Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email address. If you have not received this, please email us on sales@loveyourlights.com.au to arrange for this to be re-sent.

      ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

      Will be dispatched the next working day. 

      DELIVERY DELAYS

      We try to deliver your order within our delivery timeframe (courier shipping timeframes are indicative only since they are beyond our control), however we cannot take responsibility for late delivery of orders due to location, adverse weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason beyond our control.

      If your order has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe on our delivery page, please contact us (sales@loveyourlights.com.au) with your order details and we will contact the courier to establish the reason for delayed delivery and an estimated date for delivery. Alternatively, you can also contact the courier directly to query the shipment.
